Fennel

Storage: Separate the fronds from the bulb and store the bulb In a bag in the fridge for 10+days.  The fronds can be stored for about a week.

Preserve:  Have you tried it pickled yet?

Tip:  While the bulb is most commonly used, the whole plant, from the bulb to the fronds to the flowers can be used. The flowers are available from late summer onwards.
