Cabbage



Storage: In the fridge for months, on the counter for weeks


Preserve: It keeps so long, you don’t really need to do anything special to preserve it,  but if you’re up to it, kimchee or sauerkraut are amazing!


Tips: If you’ve left part of a cabbage in the fridge for a while and the cut end is graying, shave off and discard the gray part and voila- tasty cabbage to use again!  You could also peel off leaves from the outside if you only use a little at a time.
